Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a particular processing time, depending on the specific product.

We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hrs. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.

The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in the original packaging.
